Cooking has always been a passion for Cathy - growing up, she would spend hours helping her mom and grandma to prepare homemade Provencal dishes. 
When Cathy and her family moved from Southern France to California in 2012, she was ​an engineer with a twenty-five year experience working in tech. 
After receiving ovations over ovations from her family and friends, Cathy made the decision to share her passion with others.
Three years later, Saveur Provence served their first clients.
